Italian Senza Nome (“Nameless” in English) created in 2003 with the aim to mix  the progressive rock with the Italian music tradition.
The present album is their debut and could be described as a very subtle work with great interest both from a technical point of view and aesthetic. Indeed each of the 9 songs presented here involve many variations, very good technicity by each instrument but still to be surrounded by harmony and lyricism. Without exaggeration this album is progressive in the true sense of the word with many types of music to parade. So the sound is not missing nor psychedelic ala Hawkwind, nor jazz, nor latin, let alone classical themes. Me for my part of the songs here, i stand out the most simple (compared to the others) “Sintesi” referring in Eloy, “Tumore” with terrible guitars and the very theatrical “Ulisse” referred to the Greek hero Odysseus. In this track some time after the middle of the song heard in the background a choir to recite in ancient Greek. I personally do not like singing in Italian without vituperate the skills of the singer.
Overall not a very easy drive to the ear, but if you are fans of the progressive sound and you like the experiments, this album probably is okay for you.
