Former ACCEPT guitarist Herman Frank recently spoke to Metalholic's Rustyn Rose and Metal Wani's Owais "Vitek" Nabi about PANZER, the new German "supergroup" comprised of Frank; vocalist and bassist Schmier, best known as frontman of DESTRUCTION; and drummer Stefan Schwarzmann (ex-ACCEPT, RUNNING WILD).Asked if PANZER has given him an opportunity to "stretch his wings as a songwriter," Frank said: "[I've been writing] songs [for] 30 years, since I began my music career [in] a school band. And it's a shame that I can't show my talent [by] writing a couple of ACCEPT songs. I really would like to write some songs [for ACCEPT], but Peter [Baltes, ACCEPT bassist] and Wolf [Hoffmann, ACCEPT guitarist] decided, 'We are ACCEPT and we wanna do it [on] our own.' So why should I stop, 'cause I'm playing in ACCEPT, to write songs? I wrote songs for VICTORY, for HAZZARD, for MOON'DOC, for my two solo albums… for so many bands, you know. It's normal that I don't stop [writing songs]. PANZER and all these other bands give me a chance to just put out my music, which is in my head, you know?!"

After a demo, EP and a split, GHOULGOTHA emphatically announces their presence in the metal realm with the 53-minute "The Deathmass Cloak". The album is the product of the very warped and prolific W. Sarantopoulos (AKA Elektrokutioner), so expect some of the most outside the box brutality the underground has to offer. Produced by Damian Herring (HORRENDOUS) at Subterranean Watchtower Studio, "The Deathmass Cloak" is a weird and winding death metal album destined to satisfy even the harshest critics. Cover art for the album comes courtesy of Mattias Frisk (Vanhelgd).

Marcel Dreckmann, known to be the singer and lyricist of Helrunar, has just signed a contract with Auerbach Tonträger / Prophecy Productions for his new sphere of activity: Wöljager
Conceptionally, Wöljager is inseparably connected to the artist's home region: the Münsterland, an area in northwestern Westphalia. With Wöljager, Marcel tries to set the unspoiled atmosphere of the Münsterland to music. He comments: "On the surface, the Münsterland may not be a spectacular site, but if you stroll through the country beyond the bigger cities, you will find that it has a very distinct ambience, especially in autumn and winter … austere, earthy, rainy, smoky and misty."

"We wanted to express how is feeling the people and how those in power suffocate us, so we just can see one way forward. Many people has decided to take their lives away. With this dictatorship and fascist laws that end up sinking the human being, leading to extreme madness.
As we said many times, music is our great weapon. Our problems are the same problems as the rest of the population (or most)".
